This afternoon the kids were out enjoying our springlike temperatures (40 degrees) by playing a few quick games of "lightning" between piano lessons and TaVaci. It is nice with daylight savings to have it still be light and it has been nice to have it a little warmer, although you should notice the amount of snow that we still have in our backyard. It doesn't seem to be melting at all, but we are seeing some grass in the front yard. Yesterday McKena came in and said "Mom! You should see how much grass is out there!" It is surprising when you haven't seen it for months...

It's a good thing Kade is there to hold down that hoop! We woke up to snow this morning (thankfully it was melted by the time we came home from church). You don't want to see the grass here, it's all slimey and brown...pretty ugly!
